RETURNS POLICY

Lvrs & Drmrs Collection offers exchanges or store credits if your pieces aren't suitable (excluding sale items & earrings). Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be sent back in the original condition (unworn) including all packaging.

 

Return Postage Cost?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping. We recommend you post the items back via a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. L + D Collection hold no responsibility for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

 

Faulty Items?

As our products are delicate, occasionally an item may be faulty. If this is the case, please email us your order number, description and photo of your faulty item - info@lvrsanddrmrscollection.com.au

 

Store Credits

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

How to return..

Please email us at info@lvrsanddrmrscollection.com.au before returning the item, so we can provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number and return address. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will send you an email with the details of your processed return within 5 days of receiving your item. Lvrs & Drmrs Collections has the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
